الجريمة ١٩: العنف الجنسي

نظامُ روما الأساسيّ في تجريم العنف الجنسيّ جريمةَ حربٍ وجريمةً ضدّ الإنسانية، واتفاقيةُ منع الإبادة الجماعية لعام ١٩٤٨ في المادة الثانية، الفقرتين (ب) و(د)، في إلحاق الأذى الجسديّ والعقليّ الجسيم وفرضِ تدابيرَ يُقصَد بها منعُ الإنجاب.

اتفاقيةُ جنيف الرابعة والمادةُ الثالثة المشتركة في حظر الاعتداء على الكرامة الشخصية، وخاصّةً المعاملةَ المهينة والحاطّة.

لجنةُ التحقيق الدولية المستقلة المعنيّة بالأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية، وإسرائيل، وهي هيئةٌ من خبراءَ مستقلّين شكّلها مجلس حقوق الإنسان في مايو ٢٠٢١.

الأمينُ العام للأمم المتحدة، تقريرُه السنويّ عن العنف الجنسيّ المتّصل بالنزاعات، المعتمَد في ٢١ أبريل ٢٠٢٦ والمُعلَن في ٢٩ مايو، ومعه رسالتُه إلى السفير الإسرائيليّ داني دانون في ١١ أغسطس ٢٠٢٥ بوضع القوات على لائحة الإنذار؛ ونصُّ الرسالة: “I am putting Israeli armed and security forces on notice for potential listing in the next reporting cycle.” UN Doc.
